Eugene Wong
Founder and Managing Director
EUGENE WONG is the Founder and Managing Director of the Sirius Group. He is currently the Chairman of Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (“SVCA”).
Eugene sits on the boards of several public-listed companies, including Ajisen China Holdings Limited listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Q & M Dental Group listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST), Japan Foods Holdings and Jason Marine Group both listed on Catalist board of SGX-ST.
Eugene is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (“NUS”) teaching entrepreneurial finance and private equity. He authored the book "Entrepreneurial Finance - Start up to IPO".
Eugene graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (First-Class Honours) from NUS and an MBA from Imperial College London. He also attended an Executive Programme for Growing Companies at Stanford Business School; the Entrepreneurs' Organization-Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“EO/MIT”) Entrepreneurial Masters Programme; the Price Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (“SEE”); as well as the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program (“OPM”). Eugene is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors in UK and Singapore. Eugene is a Certified Master Coach as well as Certified Management Consultant. |

Christella Chuah
Director
Christella Chuah serves as a Director and General Manager of Sirius Venture Consulting Pte Ltd and Director of Sirius Management Services.
Christella assists the Sirius group of companies in general management of the business, including human resource, finance and administration support, operations management such as investments monitoring and execution, client management, as well as providing staff counseling for our clients. Christella provides consulting in the area of human resource, counseling, and rewards and compensation.
She holds an Executive MBA from California State University, East Bay USA, Masters in Counseling from Monash University, Australia and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from University of Bradford, UK. |

Nathan N. Budiutomo
Consultant
Nathan is a consultant in Sirius Venture Consulting Pte Ltd. He assists
the Sirius group of companies in financial forecasting and analysis, company and industry research, investment analysis, project management,
business plan writing, customer relationship management (CRM) and
marketing.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics and a minor
in Management
from University of California, Irvine, USA. He is currently pursuing an
MBA from National University of Singapore and Chartered Financial Analyst
("CFA") qualification. |

Rosita Wu
Consulting Partner, Shanghai
Based in Shanghai, Rosita is a Consulting Partner for Sirius Venture Consulting, responsible for IPO and investment projects in Hong Kong and China. At Sirius, she collaborated closely with the senior management of Ajisen (China) Holdings Ltd to launch their successful IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Prior to joining Sirius, she worked in management consulting and direct investment, advising many companies on their China business strategies and arranging for their funding. She began her career as a Business Analyst at a leading U.S. management consulting firm with global operations. She was later promoted to a Consultant, managing regional assignments in the areas of business strategy and organisational change. Subsequently, Rosita joined an asset management company to manage a Hong Kong-listed direct investment fund.
Thereafter, Rosita worked for a new healthcare service provider to assess investment opportunities in China. At the same time, she also formulated development plans and operation budgets for various educational and medical projects sponsored by the owner's charity foundation, one of the largest in Greater China.
Rosita graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Economics) degree and obtained her MBA degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada. |

Anna Gayle Andrade Mamaradlo
Associate
Anna Gayle Andrade Mamaradlo, CPA, assists Sirius in its business by managing the finance, HR, accounting matters, project management and by performing feasibility study and research. She also performs various financial analysis to assess current and prospective investee companies’ liquidity, solvency, profitability, going concern/stability and other forms of analysis for decision-making.
Anna receives her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy ( as Top Student of the Year and Magna Cum Laude) at University of Regina Carmeli, Philippines. She passed the licensure examination for Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines last May 2004. She aims to pursue her studies, gets a certification and become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a global body of accounting professionals. |
