Rosita Wu
Director, Sirius Hong kong

Based in Hong Kong, Rosita is a Director for Sirius Ventures Company Ltd, responsible for IPO and investment projects in Hong Kong and China. At Sirius, she collaborated closely with the senior management of Ajisen (China) Holdings Ltd to launch their successful IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining Sirius, she worked in management consulting and direct investment, advising many companies on their China business strategies and arranging for their funding. She began her career as a Business Analyst at a leading U.S. management consulting firm with global operations. She was later promoted to a Consultant, managing regional assignments in the areas of business strategy and organisational change. Subsequently, Rosita joined an asset management company to manage a Hong Kong-listed direct investment fund.

Thereafter, Rosita worked for a new healthcare service provider to assess investment opportunities in China. At the same time, she also formulated development plans and operation budgets for various educational and medical projects sponsored by the owner’s charity foundation, one of the largest in Greater China.

Rosita graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Economics) degree and obtained her MBA degree from the University of British Columbia, Canada.
