Ronnie Wee
Partner
Ronnie Wee is one of the co-founders and partners of Sirius Angel Fund. He is currently a Director of IDA International Pte Ltd.
Ronnie started his career with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. He built and led the Technology Solutions Group, responsible for consulting, design and implementation of technology solutions for clients in the Asia Pacific region and in Europe.
Ronnie left Andersen Consulting in 1996 to start his own software and consulting company, PlaNET Technology Solutions Pte Ltd.
PlaNET’s software products were nominated Innovative Product of the Year by the Singapore National Computer Board (“NCB”), and PlaNET was also one of 8 companies selected to personally present its software solutions to Bill Gates, Chairman of Microsoft. PlaNET was successfully sold to Singapore-listed Datacraft Asia Ltd in June 2000 with a significant investment return, after a 4-year track record, to its shareholders.
Ronnie left PlaNET in mid-2003 and founded a consulting and investment management company, Interlaken Ltd. Interlaken is based in Singapore, focused on business and technology consulting & investment for a variety of companies throughout the region.

Lo Yew Seng
Partner
Lo Yew Seng is one of the co-founders and partners of Sirius Angel Fund.
He is the founder and director of Capella Capital Pte Ltd and Capella Management Pte Ltd. He is also a director and shareholder of Milestone Systems Pte Ltd, the Asia Pacific headquarters of the global market for open platform IP video management software whose headquarters is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Prior to founding the Capella Group, Yew Seng's start up company was absorbed by a Swedish-listed multi-national company, AXIS communications of the company where he stayed on for 9 years. He was also concurrently the company's Chief Representative in the China subsidiary located in Shanghai, as well as the director of the subsidary/branch in Korea and Taiwan.
Yew Seng has a bachelor's Degree in Arts and Social Sciences from National University of SIngapore ("NUS"), majoring in Economics. He has also attended the General Management Programme at the NUS Business School.
